Olivia Shippen serves as Executive Assistant to Andrew Canter, Founder and President of Canter Real Estate Group. In her role, she supports executive operations, transaction coordination, client relations, and strategic initiatives across the firm's real estate business.
Prior to joining Canter, Olivia worked in commercial real estate operations, where she gained experience in property management, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and business administration. She graduated from the University of Arizona in 2020 and obtained her California real estate license in 2026.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, staying active through Pilates and fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
