Methodology
The San Diego Business Journal Mid-Year List – Best Brokerage & Top Agents recognizes the region’s leading real estate professionals and firms based on verified performance data.
The list includes brokerages and teams with San Diego County sales volume exceeding $50 million during the 2024 calendar year. Data is submitted directly by brokers, teams, and company representatives, and must include third-party verification of key metrics, including closed sales volume and total transaction sides.
All submissions undergo a thorough editorial review to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Rankings are determined through a combination of broker-submitted data, MLS reports, Realtor® association records, and prior applicants.
This comprehensive and trusted process ensures that only the most accomplished real estate professionals are featured.
