Andrew Canter opens Canter Companies, a vertically integrated real estate and investment firm.
June 2009
Canter Brokerage, the retail real estate division of Canter Companies, opens for business with one agent.
April 2014
Expanding along the coast of San Diego, Canter opens its second office location in Bird Rock.
August 2016
Downtown La Jolla becomes the new home for Canter Companies’ 3rd location.
January 2017
65% growth in sales for 2016 at the close of the year.

Growing its team to 75 active agents, Canter Brokerage continues expansion up the California coast, opening its 4th location in Encinitas.
